Our goal is to provide you with a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Please review the details below.

 

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

 

Every item you order from Wicked Genies is printed with care specifically for you. This custom process affects our fulfillment time.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for us to print your t-shirt and prepare it for shipment.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Fulfillment Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Please note that Processing Time is separate from the Shipping Time outlined below.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

Here are our estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • USA Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard: 3-5 business days

    • Expedited: 2-3 business days

    • Overnight: 1-2 business days

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International: 7-21 business days (delivery time can vary significantly depending on the destination country and its customs process).

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, customs, or other operational issues beyond our control.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

 

4. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

We are proud to ship our graphic tees worldwide! Please be aware of the following for international orders:

Wicked Genies is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not able to predict these charges, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.

  • If you notice an error: Please contact us immediately at wickedgenies33@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in the fulfillment stage.

  • If your order is returned to us: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Wicked Genies is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking information confirms the package has been delivered to the address provided.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with your neighbors, building management, or others who may have accepted the package on your behalf.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to report the issue and initiate a claim. They will have the most accurate information.
