Thank you for shopping with us! Because we operate as a print-on-demand service, every item you order is custom-made just for you the moment your purchase is confirmed.
Due to the bespoke nature of our production process, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Please review your order carefully before checking out. Once an order is placed:

No Returns: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse.

No Exchanges: We are unable to swap items for different sizes, colors, or designs.

No Cancellations: Because our automated system sends orders to production almost immediately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are submitted.
Pro Tip: To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the Size Chart located on each product page before finalizing your selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes can happen during printing or shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we want to make it right!
To report an issue:

Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

Provide your Order Number.

Attach a clear photo of the damaged area or the incorrect item.
If the error is on our end, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost. We do not require you to mail the defective item back to us.
Shipping Issues

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to our facility because it was unclaimed or the address was insufficient, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
